We will use CrossFit open standards for all movements and there will be 4 events in each division.
15 Weight Stations
*can be full snatch/power snatch*
Work must be attempted at each station by all partners, until one failure. If you fail, you have as many opportunities to try and hit that weight in the allotted amount of time.
At least one successful movement must be completed to proceed.
Each athlete’s lift at each station will count towards a cumulative score.
Only one successful lift will be counted per station, per athlete.
If one partner fails and the others complete a successful lift then only will the successful athletes advance.
Tie breaker will be max effort deadlifts at failed weight.
Each team will have 60 seconds per station for each athlete to complete the lift with a :10 second transition to the next station.
RX: prescribed weight (#95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235)
Scale: scaled weight (#65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205)
Fun: Deadlift instead of snatch using scaled weights, perform max deadlifts for tie breaker. Once you have gone for max deadlifts you cannot advance to next weight
